Shipping and Delivery

We have accounts with shipment organisations, utilising Australia’s leading freight carriers including but not limited to Couriers Please, Aramex, TNT, Hunter Express, Allied Express.

Shipping price and delivery time is calculated at checkout. Dispatch and shipment occurs during business days only, which excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will arrange for the dispatch of your order within 1 working day. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

Once dispatched, we will record your tracking number provided by the courier and it will be available if your package does not arrive within a reasonable time depending on the area you live.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to the incorrect address or recipient as a result of you providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limitation the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Returns and Refunds

We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to place a return, please see the guidelines below:

We may refuse to provide a free repair, replacement or refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind

  • You misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem

  • You requested the product or service be provided or completed in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about your wants and needs

  • An issue with the product or service was completely outside of the business’ control

You may claim a remedy directly from the manufacturer or importer if the goods do not meet one or more of the following consumer guarantees:

  • Acceptable quality

  • Matching description

You are responsible for returning the good. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. If your purchase was made by credit card and the value of the goods is above AUD$500, a 2% fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the good/s and the refund will be made via EFT into your nominated bank account.

All chemicals purchased online or in-store cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Products / Warranty

Domaine offer warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy of the good/s purchased and warranty as covered by consumer law. Repairs, exchanges and returns will be processed within a ‘reasonable’ timeframe, of which will depend on the good/s purchased.
